i). Any party desirous of taking a "Collection Centre" in any place will have to pay ₹1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only). The company will provide products worth ₹1,50,000/- at distributor price to the Collection Centre. The product ratio will be ₹45,000/- worth of PIN and ₹1,05,000/- worth of repurchase products.

ii). It will be the responsibility of the Collection Centre to collect the goods regularly from "The Shoppe". The Collection Centre will not have to pay any transportation charges for products transported from The Shoppe to the Collection Centre.

iii). The Collection Centre will bear the expenses of loading and unloading, office expenses such as room rent, electricity, telephone, staff salaries, stationery, and any additional expenses necessary to develop the business of the Collection Centre.

iv). The company will pay commission to the Collection Centre at the following rates:

Net Sale = Gross Sale - Sales Tax

v). The Collection Centre will maintain stocks of all products and distributor packs according to the standards and norms set by the company. A minimum stock worth ₹1,40,000/- must be maintained by the Collection Centre. The company may take action if the Collection Centre fails to comply with these norms.

vi). In the event of the death of any K.H.S. distributor in the nearby area of the Collection Centre, the fund will be transferred to the Collection Centre after verification by The Shoppe / Super Shoppe.

vii). The company will not accept returns of any products from the Collection Centre.

viii). In the event of surrender of the Collection Centre, the Collection Centre will be free to sell all its products only after 18 months from the date of opening the centre.

ix). The company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions.

x). All disputes relating to this business shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Patna only.
