SHOPPE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

i). Any party desirous of taking a "Shoppe" in any place will have to pay ₹3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Only). The company will provide products worth ₹3,00,000/- at distributor price to the Shoppe. The product ratio will be ₹1,00,000/- worth of PIN and ₹2,00,000/- worth of repurchase products.

ii). It will be the responsibility of the Shoppe to collect goods regularly from the "Super-Shoppe". The Shoppe will not bear any transportation costs for products transported from the Super-Shoppe to the Shoppe. However, the Shoppe must pay all transportation expenses for moving products from its centre to the Collection Centre, as required by the Collection Centre.

iii). The Shoppe will bear the expenses of loading, unloading, electricity, stationery, telephone, and other expenses of the Shoppe.

iv). The company will bear the Shoppe's room rent up to ₹5,000/- per month and the salary of one staff member up to ₹5,000/- per month as development support. To qualify for this monthly support, the Shoppe must maintain monthly business of at least ₹1,00,000/-.

v). The company will pay the Shoppe commission at the following rates:

Net Sale = Gross Sale - Sales Tax

vi). The Shoppe will maintain stocks of all products according to the standards and norms set by the company. A minimum stock worth ₹2,50,000/- must be maintained by the Shoppe. The company may take action if the Shoppe fails to comply with these norms.

vii). In the event of the death of any K.H.S. distributor in the nearby areas of the Shoppe, the fund will be transferred to the Shoppe after verification by the Super-Shoppe / State Franchise.

viii). The company will not accept returns of any packs or products from the Shoppe.

ix). In the event of surrender of the Shoppe, the Shoppe will be free to sell all products and packs only after 18 months from the date of opening the centre.

x). The company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions.

xi). All disputes relating to this business shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Patna only.
