SUPER SHOPPE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

i). Any party desirous of taking a "Super Shoppe" in any district will have to pay ₹10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only). The company will provide products of the same value at distributor price (D.P.) to the Super Shoppe in the following ratio: ₹3,00,000/- worth of PIN and ₹7,00,000/- worth of repurchase products.

ii). The Super Shoppe will be responsible for providing services to all Shoppes and Collection Centres in its district, bearing transportation expenses for products supplied to Collection Centres and Shoppes, and maintaining a minimum stock worth ₹5,00,000/-. The Super Shoppe must collect all goods regularly from the State Franchise. The transportation cost for this collection will be borne by the State Franchise.

iii). The company will bear the Super Shoppe's room rent up to ₹10,000/- per month and the salaries of two staff members up to ₹6,000/- and ₹4,000/- per month, respectively. The company will also bear electricity and internet expenses to support the development of the Super Shoppe.

iv). The company will pay commission to the Super Shoppe at the following rates:

Net Sale = Gross Sale - Sales Tax

v). In special cases, the company will provide one ambulance, one doctor, and one helper to support the development of the Super Shoppe.

vi). To continue receiving all facilities from the company, the Super Shoppe must maintain monthly business of at least ₹3,00,000/-.

vii). Business generated by Shoppes and Collection Centres in the same district will not be counted towards the Super Shoppe's business.

viii). In the event of the death of any K.H.S. distributor in the district of the Super Shoppe, the fund will be transferred to the Super Shoppe after verification by the company.

ix). The company will not accept returns of any packs or products from the Super Shoppe.

x). The Super Shoppe cannot be surrendered; it may only be transferred to another party. Such transfer may take place only after 18 months from the date of opening the centre.

xi). The company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions.

xii). All disputes relating to this business shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Patna only.
