TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Any party desirous of taking a Sole Selling Agency in any State will have to pay ₹25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Lakh Only) compulsorily, comprising joining packages worth ₹7,20,000/- and repurchase products worth ₹16,80,000/-. In addition, ₹1,00,000/- must be deposited as a security deposit, on which no interest will be paid.
2. In States where a Sole Selling Agency is granted, the company will dispatch goods at its own cost up to the godown of the Sole Selling Agent.
3. The Sole Selling Agent will be responsible for regularly supplying goods from its godown to Stock Point Centres and will bear the transportation costs from the godown to those Stock Point Centres.
4. The Sole Selling Agent will bear the expenses of loading, unloading, electricity, telephone, staff salaries, stationery, office operations, and other expenses incurred in running the business.
5. The company will pay the Sole Selling Agent commission at the following rates:

6. The company will bear the Sales Tax / VAT applicable in the State for which the agency has been granted.
7. After appointment, the Sole Selling Agent must regularly email the following reports to the company. These reports must reach the Head Office by the 2nd of each month:
1. Debit-Credit Report of Stock Point
2. Computerized and Physical Monthly Stock Report
3. Total Sales Register
4. Tax Report
5. Commission Report
6. Expenses Report (Freight, Octroi, etc.)
7. Bank Statement
8. Whenever the Sole Selling Agent wishes to open a Stock Point Centre, all relevant documents must be sent to the company. After approval, the company will register the Stock Point within 48–72 hours. A Stock Point Centre will be permitted only if its first bill is for a minimum of ₹3,00,000/- and the centre has computerization and internet facilities.
9. The Sole Selling Agent will ensure that all types of goods are made available on time at Stock Point Centres throughout the State, according to the company's terms and conditions.
10. The Sole Selling Agent will maintain stocks of all products and joining packages according to the standards and norms set by the company.
11. The Sole Selling Agent must have a telephone, fax machine, computer, printer, and broadband internet connection.
12. The conditions prescribed by the company for opening a new Stock Point must be met. The company's staff may conduct an inspection for this purpose.
13. All accounts must be maintained using Tally software.
14. There must be no debit balance at any time in a Stock Point account.
15. After receipt of an order and payment from a Stock Point, goods must be dispatched within a maximum of 7 days. Goods must be dispatched against a prepared bill and not merely on a challan.
16. Before dispatch, goods must be checked carefully two or three times for damaged or short material. If any discrepancy is found, a report must first be sent to the company.
17. The Sole Selling Agent must maintain the depot reorder level. Orders placed by the depot with the Head Office must be for a minimum of ₹5,00,000/-.
18. The packing of packages and FMCG/other products must be checked randomly at depot level.
19. For any complaint relating to the Head Office, the Sole Selling Agent must follow up until the complaint is resolved. After three reminders, the agent may contact the Managing Director directly.
20. Whenever an event is organized in the State, the depot will distribute all rewards and gifts, and the company will inform the depot in advance. A hologram letterhead and ID confirmation are required for gift distribution. Gifts will be distributed only on this basis. In the event of a State-level event, the depot's regular operations will close two days before the event, and the depot will assist in organizing it.
21. Cases relating to the MLM plan security system (Welfare Fund) will be transferred to the depot, which will verify them.
22. The company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions, keeping in view the interests of distributors and the company as a whole.
23. All disputes relating to this business shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Patna only.
